Our founder, Cyeda Palmquist, is a lifetime educator, corporate leader, and generational entrepreneur. Her path has taken her from classrooms and boardrooms to churches and community centers, and now across the globe. Currently serving from Thailand with her young daughter, Cyeda spends time on the ground in different countries, gathering vetted providers, products, and services that can truly support faith-based organizations.
Her journey has not been simple. After a serious auto accident and a long season of recovery, she experienced firsthand what it means to carry responsibility while navigating limitation, uncertainty, and change. That experience deepened her compassion for leaders who must keep going, even when life feels heavy.
Ministry Concierge grew out of that place—a desire to create a calm, trustworthy HUB where leaders can find wise, grounded support instead of more noise.
Over time, Ministry Concierge is becoming more than one person’s story. We are building a global network and a collective “we” that shares a single heart: to help leaders live and serve well, with integrity, clarity, and care.
